General Conditions of Sale
1. Purpose These general conditions of sale aim to define the conditions under which EVIVI Design S.L. (hereinafter, "Evivid" or "the seller") sells its products to natural and/or legal persons (hereinafter, "the Client") through a personalized order system managed via direct contact.

The Client can contact Evivid through the aforementioned means to make any inquiry or manage orders.
3. Acceptance and modification of the conditions of sale By confirming the order through payment, the Client accepts these General Conditions of Sale and the specific conditions detailed in the order. Evivid reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time. The applicable conditions will be those in force at the time the order is placed.
4. Products Evivid offers personalized and made-to-order jewelry. Each piece is unique, crafted with high-quality materials, including noble metals (gold, silver, platinum) and selected precious stones. The Client will receive a certificate accrediting the authenticity and quality of the product, as well as the official hallmark and Evivid's identification mark. Likewise, Evivid offers professional services such as personalized advice, jewelry design, evaluations, appraisals, and valuations of jewelry, precious stones, gems, and watches, for both individuals and professionals. These services are provided in person or online, depending on the type of order, and are formalized in writing through an estimate accepted by the Client.
5. Prices All prices are expressed in euros (€), excluding taxes, unless otherwise indicated. Tax conditions according to the Client's location:
Clients in Spain (including the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla): the corresponding VAT or tax will be applied according to current regulations.
Clients in the European Union: the intra-community VAT regime will apply when appropriate, or the corresponding tax according to the destination country's regulations.
Clients outside the European Union: the Client will be responsible for taxes, customs duties, or other charges imposed by local authorities. In the case of services, it will also be the Client's responsibility to know and manage any possible indirect taxes applicable in their country.
Prices may be modified at any time. However, orders will be invoiced at the price in effect at the time of formal acceptance. Due to the volatility of material prices, the quoted price will only be held for a maximum period of 7 calendar days from the acceptance of the order or estimate. After this period without payment having been made, Evivid reserves the right to review the economic conditions and communicate them to the Client.
6. Order Orders are placed via email, providing the necessary details for product customization and shipping. It is the Client's responsibility to ensure that all information provided is correct and complete. Evivid reserves the right to reject orders in case of insufficient information or suspicion of fraudulent use.
7. Payment Payment is made securely through the following options, using the Banco Santander Getnet system:
Direct card payment via our mobile terminal (Get Tap on Phone).
Secure link for online payments (GetLink and Pay).
Payment by bank transfer. In this case, the order will be processed once the deposit is confirmed in the account indicated by Evivid. Evivid does not accept cash payments or other methods outside of those indicated.
8. Shipping Evivid ships to:
All of Spain (including the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla).
European Union.
Other countries outside Europe, subject to individual evaluation of the destination.
Estimated delivery times will be communicated to the Client when placing the order. Evivid is not responsible for:
Delivery errors arising from incorrect details provided by the Client.

9. Warranty and returns Evivid guarantees that the products sold comply with the agreed specifications.
Return period: 15 calendar days from receipt, provided the product has not been used or altered and is in its original packaging.
Exclusions: Returns of personalized or made-to-order products will not be accepted, unless they present manufacturing defects.
In case of an approved return, the refund will be made within 15 calendar days from the receipt of the product. For more details, consult our Returns Policy.
10. Intellectual Property The designs, logos, and any content related to Evivid are the exclusive property of EVIVI Design S.L. Its use without express authorization is prohibited.
11. Privacy of Client Data Evivid complies with current data protection regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For more information, consult our Privacy Policy. The Client may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, or objection by writing to
12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to submit to the courts of the city of Madrid (Spain), without prejudice to the rights that consumer legislation may grant the Client in their place of habitual residence.
